In case of adoption of one of the following measures for travel within the Member States of the European Union for citizens of the Republic of Croatia:

- to introduce measures for entering the selected destination, such as mandatory testing for Covid-19 upon entering the country or quarantine for citizens of the Republic of Croatia,

- self-isolation / quarantine obligations upon return to the Republic of Croatia from the selected destination,

- obligations to test for Covid-19 virus upon return to the Republic of Croatia from the selected destination,

- travel bans for citizens of the Republic of Croatia to the selected destination,

- any other epidemiological measure by the Headquarters that would result in the impossibility of realization of the planned trip to the selected destination.

We guarantee a refund of the funds paid in full within 1 working day from the cancellation of the trip by the agency.

In case of cancellation by the passenger due to suspicion of infection or infection with Covid-19 virus before the trip, during the trip or after the trip, the General Travel Conditions of the Smart Travel Travel Agency apply!

MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTERED PASSENGERS: 35 (in case of a smaller number of registered passengers, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the trip)
